Caldwell's Cleaning Commercial Services is a Melbourne based office cleaning company with over 50 years experience in providing high end, detail orientated cleaning services, tailored to the needs of our clients. We are a third generation family business that prides itself in delivering a consistently high standard of service. We are small enough to care about each of our clients, yet big enough to adapt to your changing needs.
Caldwell’s Cleaning Commercial Services is Fair Work compliant which sets us apart from many of our competitors. Our staff are employed by us in accordance with the Australian Government’s Fair Work standards and the Modern Award. We do not engage staff to work under their own ABN. Our staff are fully covered by our public indemnity insurance and Work Cover policies.

Caldwell’s Cleaning Commercial Services prides itself on maintaining our focus on high-end commercial cleaning and the provision of high levels of attention to detail and responsiveness to meet our client’s changing needs.
In addition to our expertise in office cleaning, we also provide cleaning solutions for factories and warehouses, showrooms, industrial laboratories and body corporate areas. Whether its carpet or tiles, glass or porcelain, wood or fabric, we use the latest and highest quality products and techniques to unsure the safe and effective cleaning of your workplace.
Our staff are fully trained in the latest techniques and industry standards as well as participating in our regular quality assessments as part of our quality assurance and improvement cycle. Staff are continuously being upskilled and mentored to ensure we deliver what we set out to do on each and every occasion.
The safety and wellbeing of both our staff as well as yours is of the upmost importance to us. We are CM3 and Greencap certified and regular toolbox meetings are held to ensure staff are fully aware of the correct use and handling techniques of cleaning products and equipment used.
